Run Fest

Today was like lambs to the slaughter. One by one we went to the crease and smashed the opposition bowling into oblivion. Bandai opened in explosive form with a quickfire 60 ably supported by Pritts making 40 odd. I batted conservatively compared to the others and finished on 65 not out but plaudits go to Herman who dismissed the oppo's bowling attack as he stormed to 85.

With a big run chase staring them in the face the opposition took to the crease and to be fair made a pretty good fist of it all things considered. Laugh of the day though was following his dismissal a young batsman who had looked like a rabbit caught in the headlights turned to our keeper and said "Cheers" in what was the most sincere voice possible.
